BOOKING POLICIES

*Require a deposit or prepayment to be made to finalise the booking. Once final payment of your booking has been made confirmation of that payment and your booking will be sent to you via email address you provided at the time you made the booking.

*We will issue you with a confirmation number when a booking has been made. The confirmation number is proof that we have accepted your booking. No booking shall be binding on Greenish hotel until we issue you with a confirmation number.

*Your booking is not transferrable. You cannot transfer or resell your booking (in whole or in part) or advertise or otherwise offer any Greenish hotel room for sale and if you do transfer or resell (or attempt to transfer or resell) your booking then we may terminate your booking and retain any money paid to us for such booking. Any bookings resold or transferred may not be honoured and we accept no liability in respect of this

*If you are unable to provide such identification, your booking may be cancelled and you may be liable to pay Greenish hotel an amount equal to the full booking amount plus any other costs incurred by Greenish hotel in connection with the booking. Accordingly, any pre-payment you have made in relation to the booking will be forfeited to Royal Agate under this term.

*Rates confirmed are for the number of occupants listed in your e-mail confirmation, per room, per night and do not include additional charges for rollaway beds or extra people and will apply only to rooms booked as part of this reservation.

*We do not permit people under the age of 18 to stay in our hotels alone.

 

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT POLICIES

*Guest are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check in.

*Standard Check in at 15.00hrs

*Check out at 12.00noon

* Room rates are in Ringgit Malaysia.

*The hotel guest cannot hand over a room to third persons, even if the period for which the guest paid has not yet expired

At the check in, hotel will collect deposit of MYR 50.00 per room, this deposit is fully refundable upon check out, subject to consumption check and damage inspection. Deposit must paid in cash.

CHILD POLICY
*the hotel allows a child up to 12 years of age to stay for free using the existing bedding.

*Individual above the age of 12 are considered as adults by the hotel

 

GENERAL POLICIES

DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY

The Hotel reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage or soiling, caused by accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the Hotels’ property or structure

You must not leave under 18s unattended in any rooms or public areas at any times.

SAFE DEPOSIT BOX

Greenish Hotel provides a safety deposit box in the rooms. For detailed information, please ask at the Reception. The Hotel is not responsible for any valuables and money, left unlocked and outside the individual safe, including those in the guest’s rooms and public areas.

PETS

Pets are not allowed in the Hotel Premises.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

*Animal of any kind

*Flammable, explosive or otherwise hazardous materials

*Unregistered firearms or other weapons

*Object of and unusually large size or in unusually quantities

*Objects emitting a foul odour

*Articles related to use in gambling, prostitution, smuggling or other illicit acts.

* Illegal drugs or other articles, the possession of which is prohibited by the laws of Malaysia.

*The Hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest found to be in possession of prohibited items. Guest shall be solely liable and responsible for all loss financial or otherwise, and damage that may be caused by such items.

VISITORS

In the interest of your well-being and security, all visitors are required to register at the Front Desk.

 

HEALTH AND WELL-BEING POLICIES

EXCESSIVE NOISE AND PARTIES

No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed.

To ensure all guests enjoy the comfort and safety of the facilities we offer, the Hotel upholds a strict zero tolerance policy towards commotion, excessive noise and parties. Any person found to be on our premises creating excessive noise, having a party, exceeding the numbers of permitted guests or otherwise causing a disturbance will be requested to leave the hotel without refund.

INAPPRORIATE BEHAVIOR

Should any action by a guest, may it be towards our staff or otherwise, be deemed inappropriate by the Hotel, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to attention, the Hotel reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest which may result in, but not limited to, being asked to leave without a refund for any services incurred.

SMOKING

*Please do not smoke in bed or in any place where smoking presents a fire hazard.

*Smoking is not permitted, except in the designated smoking areas. Please refrain from any other acts that could cause a fire in your room or anywhere in the Hotel. Smoking in a non-smoking guest room will result in charges to the occupying Guest for cleaning or replacement of bedding, curtains, wallpaper and so on, as well as the cost of repairing any damage.

*Smoking is not permitted in Greenish Hotel other than in designated smoking areas outside the hotel.
